The voucher can only be redeemed in our online shop at https://ladydee-yarn.com, in the voucher field provided in the order process.
You can also send our vouchers directly to your friend by e-mail. Please enter first the desired data and then put the voucher into the shopping cart. You can also send a small message to the coupon code. With a customer account you can alternatively use the customer menu to send the voucher later to friends.
We would like to point out that no PDF file will be sent (only the picture and the coupon code and the voucher value). If you wish, we create from your vouchers seprat, manually a PDF file, which we then send to you or the recipient. The processing time for creating the PDF file is approximately 1-2 working days.
The purchase of our vouchers is only possible in Euro.
The voucher will be sent immediately after receipt of payment by email.
It is not possible to pay out vouchers or credit vouchers.
Remaining credits will be credited to the voucher account until the expiration date.

If you have found a desired color, you can also use it through our search function and all articles with that color will be listed. To use the search by color number, enter the following in the search field:
FCLG650 for e.g. Peach or FCLG430 for e.g. Salmon (Lachs), it is important that you enter "FCLG" directly in front of the number.
